Your Chemist Box bills, whenever you need them

Every purchase at a Chemist Box store is billed against your mobile number. Look them up yourself and download any bill as a PDF — no app, no password, no trip to the store. It takes about a minute.

    Enter your mobile number

    Use the same 10-digit number you gave at the billing counter — bills are found by that number alone. Then press Send OTP in the panel .

    Enter the OTP we send

    A 6-digit code arrives by SMS from CHEMIS. Type it into the same panel. It is valid for five minutes and can be used once.

    See your bills

    Newest first, with the date, bill number, store and amount. The last 90 days show to begin with — change the dates and press Apply to look further back, up to a year.

    Check it before you download

    View opens the full bill — every medicine, batch, expiry, MRP and the GST break-up, exactly as printed at the counter.

    Download it as a PDF

    Receipt is the narrow slip from the counter. A4 is a full-page invoice that prints cleanly on an office printer — use that one for insurance or reimbursement claims.

Common questions

It says no bills are registered against my number

The number must match the one recorded on the bill. If a different number was given at the counter, the bills sit under that one instead. Ask at the store, or write to [email protected].

An older bill is missing

Only the last 12 months are available online. For anything older, ask at the store or write to [email protected].

One of my bills says “Credit note issued”

That bill was returned or refunded, so it no longer reflects what you kept. Those cannot be viewed or downloaded here — the store can give you the credit note.

Why only 90 days at a time?

A single search covers at most 90 days. Move the From and To dates to an earlier window and press Apply again to reach the rest of the year.

Is my information safe?

Only someone holding your phone can see your bills, because the OTP goes to that number. A bill belonging to another number is never shown, and the session ends by itself after 30 minutes.
